Happy New Year!!

It has been so long since I have updated everyone!! The two plus years have passed and they have been very eventful and Seaux much fun!! I cannot tell you how many wonderful people we have met along this journey. When I was pushed out of my comfort zone and went from planning to do this part time to making this a full time job, I will admit as much as I was equipped, I was terrified.

Thankful has always been my motto, in the good days and in the bad, I am thankful. I look out my window and every sweet face that shows up, and again, I am so very thankful. I am far from perfect but each day when I am fortunate enough to wake up, I thank God for the people who will come to my window that day and for allowing me to do all I can to serve people to the best of my ability.

In the past two years I have learned how to drive, park, wedge into small areas and back up the trailer, better than some men I might add :) We have doubled our menu, we are renting a spot to park at Hobby Lobby and visit other locations often. We have catered rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, Christmas parties, and weddings. We have catered or served events locally as well as Goliad, Port Lavaca, Austin, Johnson City, and many places in between. We are also on Waitr, which expands the amount of people we can reach in a day.

I will try to blog a little more often but I wanted to check in and say Thank you!! You guys are a true honor to serve. Thank you for coming to support our small business and for allowing me to do what I love every single day. You all are truly an answer to prayer!!!
